  Interesting location.  Ordered an iced latte and they made a hot one.  The guy that set it out barely spoke out loud - I didn't even hear him say my name.  It was like a whisper - not the right person to be calling out the finished drinks.  He did remake my coffee and even gave me the hot one.  That was nice.  They weren't busy so found this place to be slower than the norm.

  Horrible attitudes, disrespectful, rude, incompetent, will never be coming here again, hire actual employees with there brains working. The guy with the braids and the guy with the high ass voice learn how to work in fucking customer service fucking pricks.

  Starbucks stands for great service and quality. It's a chain coffee but I love it. While quality rarely is an issue for me with Starbucks across the board and states, some stores do not represent Starbucks well when it comes to stellar service. And unfortunately this is one of those locations. The store itself is nice and always busy because there are t many SB stores around, but the service is an epic failure. This isn't the first time. This morning I had to wait almost 15 for my coffee and 3 vCones. I thought they were mixing the batter and baking my cones?! If the store manager cares enough, he/she will fix it. Doesn't seem like it.  Just look at all of the reviews of unsatisfied customers. 15 minute wait time is not cool. The store front service took 15 minutes to serve my morning coffee, and corporate customer service took 15 seconds to refund money for my order!
  I will watch if the store manager addresses the customer service concerns, or should I say cares enough to fix it, before I go back. But at this point this store lost my return business.

  This is "my" starbucks. Closest to my house, but just ok atmosphere. Quick to serve my ristretto , but black bean veggie wrap is not good tasting at all. What would it take to provide a veggie or vegan food choice that is not high in sodium?

  I went to this Starbucks store there was a manager who was very rude to me in front of other customers it's was humiliating and embarrassing she has blonde hair and very mature she has no manners towards other I don't know how she works there she has no clue what she is doing instead of being rude learn manners and social skill.
